About the role
Join and build on our world class team with SEA LIFE Brighton! We are looking for enthusiastic and approachable people with a passion for guest interaction to join our energetic and vibrant team. If you enjoy working within a fun environment and would like a truly unique job – this could be for you! You don’t have to be a fish expert; however you will need confidence, motivation, and passion for creating memorable guest experiences. We have positions available in the following and departments: Admissions, Café , Retail Store, Guest Experience. All departments offer a range of seasonal, part-time and holiday period positions.
Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills coupled with the ability to interact with our guests, providing plenty of enthusiasm and energy. You will be able to ‘think on your feet’ and take ownership of and resolve any issues that may arise. You will be a reliable and responsible team player. You will take pride in delivering a high standard of customer service and will comply with the correct standard of uniform and personal appearance for the unit you are working in. You will take pride and care in the use of company equipment and respect all working environments.
