required for an 11.5 month FTC - End of August start date.
As HR Business Partner you will form part of the Senior Management Team and provide pro-active, value added, strategically aligned support to our clients Regional Executive team.
Based from Bristol but with the requirement to travel to sites in South Wales, Exeter and Southampton you will proactively contribute to the development of group HR plans and provide direction and support to your business Region in developing local/regional and divisional HR plans.
With the ability to drive strategic HR discussions across the areas of people and succession planning you will ensure that the business has the right talent in the right place at the right time and promote organisational development and change through the understanding of leadership issues.
You will also have the ability to operate tactically, championing the HR KPI's within your region and providing advise on complex people issues that arise, coaching director to ensure that best practice is implemented.
To succeed in this role you will be an experience HRBP/Manager with multi-site experience gained within a commercially focused organisation. You will have excellent coaching, influencing and relationship management skills with the ability to manage a large group of stakeholders at senior management level.
