Our client, based in Edinburgh , is currently recruiting for an experienced Bookkeepers Assistant who is available for an immediate start.
Reporting to the company Accountant and Bookkeeper, responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the production of accurate company accounts and financial records
Using deposit sheets to record amounts paid
Inputting data onto Sage
Maintaining and updating both paper and computerised records
Writing cheques to pay purchase invoices
The successful candidate will be extremely accurate with the ability to work to strict deadlines, and have an excellent knowledge of Sage and Microsoft Excel.
