Our client, based in Edinburgh , is currently recruiting for an experienced Bookkeepers Assistant who is available for an immediate start.
Reporting to the company Accountant and Bookkeeper, responsibilities will include:
The successful candidate will be extremely accurate with the ability to work to strict deadlines, and have an excellent knowledge of Sage and Microsoft Excel.
- Assisting with the production of accurate company accounts and financial records
- Using deposit sheets to record amounts paid
- Inputting data onto Sage
- Maintaining and updating both paper and computerised records
- Writing cheques to pay purchase invoices
