My client is a global inventory and auditing company. They are currently recruiting for a area manager in training working closely with the district manager.
In this role you will be responsible for ensure that the district is delivering on the levels of customer service, profit and productivity and that the district is fit for it tasks.
Ability to work with accuracy to tight deadlines is key as well the ability to manage a team. This role has a heavy focus on logistics and reporting. Training of the team is of paramount importance.
Ideal backgrounds are from store managers or line managers who have 2-3 years experience at that level from retail, catering and leisure companies. Within these roles stocktaking responsibility is a must. Career focused driven people will do well in this role.
