Job Purpose
This is a new position reporting into the Head of Telesales. The candidate will play pivotal role in a high growth department and contribute to the future success of the Telesales channel at BMI, through the effective management and co-ordination of all sales leads and the correspondence between the sales team and their clients. The Sales Support Executive will be a lead point of contact between the Telesales team and other internal departments (including Marketing, Database & Subscriptions), ensuring clear communication of activities and implementing efficient process.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Processing of new sales leads from all marketing activity, allocating to the appropriate sales executive for follow up;
Monitoring sales activity to ensure that are leads are dealt with in a timelyand appropriate manner;
Maintain the quality, accuracy and completeness of data held on BMI’s CRM system, ensuring that full information is available on potential clients in order to facilitate the sales process and maximise conversions;
Maintain sales statistics for Head of Telesales - reporting daily, weekly and monthly on lead volumes, conversion rates, sales yield, sales vs targets, and product performance, etc;
Produce and circulate analysis on sales performance - identifying top performing lead sources, regions/countries, industry sectors, sales executives, etc;
Personal Specification
IT literate with a working knowledge of MS Excel is essential;
Excellent organisation skills, able to work under pressure and to tight timescales in a fast paced environment;
High level of accuracy and attention to detail a must;
Ability to produce comprehensive reports and act on results;
Ability to take ownership and responsibility;
A self-motivated and proactive team player, who will c ontinuously build upon and share knowledge and expertise with the team;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels;
Results-driven, high-performing, high-quality work attitude;
Experience with Saleslogix or other similar CRM systems is desirable.
Salary - £18,000 basic + £2,000 OTE
Location – Blackfriars, City of London. EC4V 3DS
Role – Full-Time/Permanent
