HR AdvisorAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join my client for a period of approximately 20 months between February 2010 till September 2012 to support part of their business during this period of change. This role is on a timesheet basis but my client will expect you to stay for the duration of the project.
Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will provide comprehensive and pragmatic HR advice and support to line managers to help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives through this period of change. As a generalist HR Advisor you will have experience of delivering employment law, looking at absence management, providing HR guidance, conducting disciplinaries and grievances to dismissal. As the organisation is going through a significant period of change, experience of designing and implementing assessment centres shall be important as well as looking at redeployment programmes.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified or equivalent and have proven experience of change, employee engagement and performance management. You will take a pragmatic approach to your work and be able to liaise at all levels and be a strong relationship builder.
