The Communications Coordinator will coordinate and support all communication, marketing and promotion of internal and external company efforts.
Act as an every day communication liaison between the brand and external PR agencies. Aids PR Manager in internal/external communications, promotions/campaigns, and product placement efforts. Manage UK showroom product placement log. Maintains their media / influencer contact book for the benefit of the brand. Coordinate monthly pan-EMEA media and product placement reporting tools. Research and manage regional media lists and target placement categories. Organise and draft press releases, news clips and seasonal story overviews. Work with PR on product placement orders, product shipment and reporting. Coordinates various press tools, look books and media kits on a seasonal basis. Drafts weekly internal communications, and supports other written collateral needs. Liaises with various departments to identify and collect content for the company Intranet, newsletters, awareness/team-building campaigns and other internal communications. Collaborate with SBUs to ensure continuity across all sections and ensure that content is current and relevant. Makes recommendations to improve usability of the company intranet. Assists with social media strategy, where necessary.

Knowledge & Experience

Demonstrable experience as a PR / Communications coordinator in a fast-paced environment, you must be able to demonstrate acquired skill and measurable success in each of the following areas:
Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office; online trending software packages preferred Able to quickly learn new software and other technologies as needed Detail oriented with excellent analytical skills Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills Knowledge associated with internet environment, technology, and terminology Excellent time management and project management and prioritization skills

BSc/BA in Marketing, Media Studies, English or Journalism
