Office Administration:
To ensure all store administration procedures are followed to Company standard and audit requirement through collating and checking all financial transactions in relation to store cash and banking administration procedures – demonstrating competency in investigating/resolving issues
To collate, input and check all information regarding the movement of stock in and out of the store in order to maintain an accurate computer stock
file - contributing positively to stock loss
To provide management information in order to ensure all cash and administrative procedures are completed to Company standard and audit requirement and contribute to store profit and loss targets
To carry out general administration accurately as required by the store management team
To update line management and advise of any weakness concerning the compliance of Company administration procedures
Maintaining a well organised office, operating efficiently; maintaining confidentiality procedures and high levels of security
Completes cashing up & banking to Company standard
Achieves high compliance with payroll and personnel procedures, e.g. P files kept secure & up-to-date, contracts, leavers and work permits well
managed

Working as Part of a Team:
To support the store team in achieving personal and store objectives through:

Ensuring all office tasks are completed to Company standards within given timescales
Supporting and helping colleagues and getting involved in day-to-day activities as and when required, including tasks outside normal role
Showing a genuine interest in other people and willingness to help
Using initiative at all times
Having the ability and willingness to acquire job related knowledge through self development and by learning from others
Demonstrating flexibility in order to meet store needs and key events such as Christmas, sales, bank holidays and stock-take.
Actively supporting and communicating with colleagues, customers and managers.

Providing Customer Service:
To provide excellent customer service through:
Providing a pro-active administration support service to all employees including responding and dealing within any wage related queries
Understanding and demonstrating customer care and high levels of customer service thereby providing an example to junior staff
Identifying customer needs and responding to them quickly

Personal Effectiveness:
Managing time effectively – planning, prioritising, following up, resolving and reacting to issues quickly with informed decisions.
Using initiative at all times and takes new information (e-learning, systems updates, notices)
Is enthusiastic and performs all office tasks to the highest standard (e.g. Customer service, audit) within given timescales
Having the ability and willingness to acquire job related knowledge through self development and by learning from others
Complies with Health & Safety procedures (e.g. manual handling)
