Outreach Officer
Our reputable Devon based client require an Outreach Officer on a temporary basis
Location: South Devon
Rate: £8 (PAYE) £9.10 (Ltd) per hour
Your daily duties will include:
- Conducting home visits with clients and taking them to and from appointments with 3rd part support providers
- Providing emotional and practical support to clients
- Support and guidance for clients with low level mental health issues and learning disabilities
- Keeping accurate client notes and sharing them within the team
Essential Skills:
- Voluntary or paid experience with vulnerable client groups with either learning difficulties or mental health
- Current enhanced CRB check
- Driver with your own car with business insurance in order to transport clients
- Good customer service skills
This post would suit someone from a supported living or housing background looking to expand their experience of working with vulnerable clients.
