To support this drive, we are looking to appoint a Technology Graduates to join our development scheme as a Test Analysts.
You will be responsible for developing product knowledge, along with an increasing appreciation of the associated business needs and requirements. You will contribute to improving product quality proactively through all stages of the project and will be putting into action efficient test approaches for product releases.

The following activities would be part of your role:
Working within an agile environment
Analysing stories in order to determine test coverage required
Estimating effort required to complete stories
Pairing with developers in order to create automated tests
Ensure software is of high quality
Required Experience
The Person:
Your will be passionate about testing and hold a strong educational background in technology, candidates must have achieved a 2:2 or equivalent in their chosen degree to be considered for this role. You will have a fundamental understanding of Internet technologies and possess a wide range of skills, including programming (desirable but not essential) and testing. You will have understanding of a project life cycle. Working to tight deadlines, you must be able to manage a heavy work-load and work well within a small team to achieve the common goal. You will be creative, a forward thinker and be open minded to explore new technologies. Willing to learn, and improve, you will be pro-active in your approach and be confident to air your views and opinions to help the team complete projects on time. Naturally you will have strong analytical and problem solving skills and will be able to communicate effectively and confidently. We are actively seeking to employ those candidates who can significantly contribute to TMG's continued success
The Skillset:
We would expect the candidate to have basic knowledge in the following areas: -
Cookies
DNS Servers - Blackbox/Whitebox testing
Bug Tracking tools
Writing Test Cases
Knowledge of at least one programming language (desirable)
Salary & Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of 24,000 to 26,000, Dependent on experience. We also offer a host of flexible benefits including 25 days annual leave, a company pension and life assurance.
