I have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Senior Technical Support Analyst, to work in a public sector environment.
You will need to have a good working knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures; be able to manage the existing installation of new hardware and software with the direction of the Technical Support Engineer; be able to play a Senior role in providing effective responses to user requests, ensuring minimal disruption of services and ensuring service level agreements are meet; be responsible for technical projects allocated by the Technical Support Manager; as a Senior technician, ensure that all technical documentation is accurate and maintained in accordance with ITIL.

You will have a good ability to influence and build relationships with other Technical team members, other organisations, 3rd party suppliers and end users. Also you will have an ability to carry out testing of the business continuity plan, under the direction or the Technical Engineer.
