This role is to support the Marketing team in the delivery of bookings via the Brand.com web sites. The Online Marketing Associate is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of the day-to-day online marketing activities which drive visits to the brand.com websites and content which prompts a booking. Key activities include briefing and day-to-day management of external agencies, monitoring and analysis of reservations traffic to increase conversion rate, providing front-line telephone support, customer service and problem resolution to internal customers, driving promotional activities and working to ensure the consistent delivery and integrity of the brand identity. The Online Marketing Specialist will also review activity and provide analysis for franchisee business review presentations.
Complexity
The Online Marketing Specialist is responsible for the day to day marketing of and promotional activities on the branded web sites. The role will have a direct impact on visits to and the conversion rate of the web site thus has an impact on the company's revenue. Our Brand.com websites are a critical interface between WHG and the end user, guest or customer. The accuracy, functionality and visibility of these sites will have a lasting influence on the customer's decision making and future custom with WHG.
Scope/Financial Responsibility
The Online Marketing Associate will be measured on how they deliver against key performance indicators e.g. visits, bookings and ROI. They will take responsibility for prioritising key projects and tasks as well as becoming a key point of liaison with external vendors to ensure they deliver to agreed deadlines and within the scope of both the overall project and the terms of the relationship. They will also brief marketing agencies on priorities for marketing spend e.g. promotional rates and act as a protector for the integrity and identity of all WHG brands.

Fluency in English is essential. Ability to speak Spanish would be advantageous, as would German.
