We are now working on a confidential position in the Senior Management level of Operations Director. The company has shown massive growth in the past year and now seek an expereinced Operations Director/ Business Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
Warehouse function, including regulatory and Quality Assurance
Supply chain and logistics
Accounts Management
Sales and Marketing strategy
Overall operations on site
Candidate attributes
Candidate's for this role will have experience of change management and preferably will have experience within both Larger Blue chip pharma and Smaller growing businesses. You will be able to demonstrate a strong commerical understanding within Business and able to influence any future key decisions.
If you can show the ability to influence and accomodate individuals in a personal man- management style you will be ideal for this role.
Renumeration
