Bike It is a highly successful project aimed at increasing levels of cycling to school. The main responsibilities of this role will include the promotion of cycling to school at selected primary and secondary schools, supporting ‘school champions’ at other local schools and making links between schools and the bicycle industry.
With a good standard of education and committed to cycling and the promotion of sustainable transport, you will have excellent communication and presentation skills, experience of working with children and young people and project management, be very enthusiastic about the role and have the ability to motivate others. IT literacy is also required. DBS disclosure clearance is mandatory for this post.
