Sales Manager sought by my client who is one of the UK's fastest growing energy solutions companies. My client provides market leading energy solutions and energy brokerage.
Due to their continued success they are now recruiting for a Sales Manager to manager their sales team as well as affiliates and business partners.
THE ROLE
The successful Sales Manager will manage a sales team as well as current affiliates and business partners within the energy solutions and energy brokering industry
You will also be expected to develop the affiliate and business partner network by actively sourcing and attracting business partners
You will be developing and expanding the current internal sales operation and team
You will be based from the London office with client visits as well as accompanying the sales team on visits, training, shadowing etc.
THE CANDIDATE
The Sales Manager will ideally have experience within the Energy Solutions or Energy Brokerage industry, however this is not essential
You MUST have experience of managing a sales team and a sales operation
Ideally your experience will be within the service sector
You must also be able to manage your own client base as well as growing affiliates and business partners
You will also be resilient, confident, outgoing with the ability to build an instant rapport
