Havelock Europa is one of the UK's leaders in the design, manufacture and installation of retail and education interiors. With a customer base that ranges across the Retail, Accommodation, Retail Banking, Public and Construction sectors, they are well placed to develop their client list in the coming years. They are looking to appoint two Business Development Managers who will both play a key role in ensuring the company continues to grow in 2011 and beyond.

Reporting to the Sales Director for the Retail Division, the key focus of the role will be to develop and introduce new accounts by targeting key clients within the Retail sector. Working closely with the existing Account Managers, you will identify new client opportunities, develop leads and win sustainable business. With a creative and entrepreneurial approach, you will focus on offering tailored solutions as opposed to straight forward product selling. The role will be based in the Southern England.

You will have Construction/Fit-Out sector experience and you must be able to demonstrate a track record of winning new clients of significant value and are likely to have an existing client base. Used to providing customers with tailored solutions, you must have a creative mindset that will develop new ways of delivering solutions in line with the company strategy. If you have the appetite and ability to win prospective clients through detailed research and preparation as well as strong commercial skills, this excellent opportunity offers a chance to work with an exciting business with a very unique position in the market.
