Our client a successful and profitable business, have an enviable reputation for building strong relationships across an expanding customer base. They are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Laboratory Technician to join and enhance their team.
Reporting to the Quality Control Supervisor your responsibilities will include:
Maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment and co-ordination of contract laboratory analysis, evaluating new raw materials and ensuring that all raw materials are quality tested within production time limitations, release of raw materials for use and finished goods for sale in compliance with specifications and carrying out audits and investigating non-conformances whilst determining corrective measures.
This is a full time position and flexibility is essential to cover shifts over the hours of 7am to 8pm, with some occasional weekend or night shift work.
