We now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our clients` team in Berkshire. The successful candidate will provide secretarial and administrative support to the in-house legal team including the Head of Department. The main focus of the team is Commercial Contracts therefore the role will include producing complex legal documentation and undertaking file management tasks. The administrative tasks will include ensuring the standardisation of document templates, diary management, expenses and annual leave management.
You must be a Legal Secretary with at least 3 years` experience, including supervisory experience.
You must have excellent organisational skills.
You will have strong experience with Commercial Contracts.
You must be IT literate and conversant with MS Office applications.
You must have a detail-orientated approach and produce high quality work.
You must have a good academic background and be educated to at least A-level standard
You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
You are a team player and able to work on your own initiative.
You work well under pressure and are able to prioritise your workload in order to meet tight deadlines.
