Duties will include ensuring customers receive first class service and to prepare food with diligence and care. To comply with all personal and food hygiene regulations. Ensuring that the kitchen is always kept in immaculate condition. To complete daily paperwork, ensure that all food in chillers and freezers is correctly dated and out of date products removed and documented. To ensure that chillers and freezers are always clean and organised. To ensure that all store areas are clean and tidy.

Important Other Information

The National Minimum Wage (NMW) for apprentices is per hour from October 2013. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged over 19 in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.
