Are you looking for a rewarding new challenge in 2011? Do you want to work in a role, which is flexible and can fit around your existing work, study or home commitments?

At Cool2Care, we're passionate about helping to improve the lives of disabled children and young people in Surrey by providing flexible support services that enrich the lives of the local families we work with. Care Workers support the family on a part-time, flexible basis either at home or in the community.

The work is fun, flexible and highly rewarding. You will make a real difference to the lives of the families you work with and you’ll gain valuable experience and get immense job satisfaction.

If you are seeking a role to fit around your existing work, home or study commitments and have a genuine interest in working with disabled children and young people, then we could have the ideal opportunity for you. You can expect to earn £8 plus per hour. We have opportunities throughout Surrey.

We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, caring and reliable. You don’t necessarily need prior experience as training is provided, but you do need to have a willingness to learn and an interest in working with disabled children and young people.

Successful applicants will be invited to attend a free, comprehensive and fully structured training course. On successful completion of the training, you will be matched and introduced to suitable families. You will also receive on-going support from Cool2Care throughout your employment with the family.

Our next training course starts on 8 February in Leatherhead. Training takes place over 2 weeks and is delivered during 6 evening sessions. Places on our popular training course are limited and get filled very quickly.
