A Recruitment Consultant`s day is challenging and varied, taking responsibility for both candidates and clients. A Recruitment Consultant is primarily responsible for:
Identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships and managing a client portfolio. Interviewing candidates for specific or future roles. Introducing high calibre candidates to both your clients and those of the other Recruitment Consultants on your team. Providing a consultative and specialised service to both clients and candidates. Managing your accounts over the telephone and in face to face meetings.
Potential Recruitment Consultants must be able to demonstrate; Strong sales, networking and client development abilities, excellent time management and organisational skills, strong commercial business acumen, a passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career.
The role of a recruitment consultant is a pressurised career involving sales, account management, business development and the management of the recruitment life cycle on behalf of your clients.
