responsibilities: Daily contact with Site Services Manager - Daily liaison with clients and visitors - Ensure all operational procedures are followed at all times - Ensure all Health & Safety policies, procedures and legislation are complied with at all times - Ensure local security measures are followed at all times - Ensure policies and procedures are followed at all times - Produce data as and when required or instructed by Carillion or client - Alert our client immediately of any issues which any impact on the operation - Actively participate in all training sessions organised by the Business Manager, both pertinent to current role and beneficial to future development - Ensure our client is professionally conveyed at all times - Monitor own performance utilising available data and statistics - Mail processing and distribution.
