We are looking for several people to join our busy team based in Derby on a contract basis for 3 months (with a view to extension). You will be working with Active Directory and ideally will have previous knowledge of working with Novell.
Our Service Desk Analysts will have excellent customer focus and be dedicated to meeting their expectations.
You will use your strong organisational skills to work within agreed timescales including SLA's, so previous exposure to a target orientated environment will be necessary.
It goes without saying that you will need to have a proven technical knowledge and will have worked with Active Directory in the past.
Our Service Desk Analysts will need an excellent work ethic and want to be part of a renound, hardworking team along with possessing strong communication skills.
