Customer Services Advisor

Our client, a highly successful, innovative supplier to the catering industry is seeking to recruit an experienced Customer Services Advisor to cover a 12 month maternity leave of absence.

The successful Customer Services Advisor would have previous customer service experience within a commercial (not retail) environment. You must be an excellent communicator both on the telephone and via email to deal efficiently and calmly with all customers Services Advisor issues raised with regards to discrepancies on orders. You must be able to handle complaints/irate customers with empathy and understanding to achieve customer satisfaction to secure continuation of supply. As a Customer Services Advisor you must be self driven with a positive outlook and consistently seek to achieve a high quality of work.

Attention to detail is paramount as you will be required to produce monthly statistic reports for the Management Team. You will raise orders and credits when required and be a team player to provide backup to the Sales team when the need arises.

It is essential that you have Advanced IT skills to include Word and Excel. This is an office based role and you would report directly to the Customer Services Manager.

Salary: £22,000.00 pa
