We are now seeking an experienced HR Services Officer As a HR Services Officer your role will be to: Develop and deliver effective and efficient standards, policies, processes and systems for HR services. Contribute to the development of effective HR Business partnerships through establishing good customer relationships, assessing and planning HR service requirements, organising and delivering good services and appropriate advice.
Provide advice and support the delivery of effective HR services in regards to; " Employee Relations " Employee Well being & work life balance " Recruitment, Selection & Retention " Remuneration and conditions of employment " Equal opportunities in Employment The ideal HR Services Officer will have the following skills and experience: Degree or Equivalent qualification Member of CIPD Knowledge of HR Best Practice, policies and systems Employment law and equal opportunities and its practical interpretation to provide appropriate advice Understanding of HR challenges in local government Able to solve HR problems analytically and through assessment of people behaviours Profient in recruitment and selection processes and administration.
