Do you posses previous secretarial experience within a property environment? Are you an organised, efficient and self motivated person? Do you have experience in audio typing? The ideal candidate will be computer literate with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages. To succeed in this role you will be able to work within agreed deadlines with accuracy and efficiency, demonstrating good organisational skills.
Your role will consist of undertaking all document production tasks to the highest standards and to agreed deadlines, typing from audio, manuscript or shorthand, drafting correspondence, emails and documents when required and amending documents. You will also be required to coordinate all travel arrangements, accommodation and expense forms, attend meetings and draft minutes when required, arrange conference calls and meetings and prepare documents and collate papers ahead of meetings. A large part of your role will also be to deal with internal and client calls in a timely, confident and helpful manner as well as dealing with visitors in a confident and professional manner. You will also be required to perform other administrative duties as and when necessary.
