Rubbermaid Medical Solutions (RMS) is the US market leader in manufacturing mobile and fixed-mounted IT delivery solutions to support the integration of technology at the point of care in hospitals. Our current products include

Medication and Transfer Carts to support medication delivery
is responsible for achieving sales goals and market share growth objectives for the assigned territory. This position is responsible for developing both end user accounts and a network of reseller partners.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with end user (hospital) accounts.
Develop and implement a country-specific distribution strategy (including resellers) for each country managed in order to maximize market coverage.
Train and manage selected distribution and reseller partners to be responsible for account identification, sales process management and customer support.
Support the RFP process for prospective end user accounts.
Relationship development with end user accounts to provide RMS with a reference network in-country.
Work with RMS product development to identify market trends and future product needs.
Identify and develop potential software partnerships or alignments.
Provide sales forecasts to sales leadership through a CRM (software) tool to help forecast production needs.
The territory will cover the United Kingdom, and may include opportunistic coverage of accounts in North/West Europe.
College Degree in business or a related field
3-5 years of Sales, Management, and/or Channel sales experience
Capital equipment sales experience in healthcare, preferably IT soft or hardware and/or Pharmacy
Market development experience with new product introductions
Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Experience selling product with clinical benefit
Must be self assured, tactful and supportive as this position maintains existing relationships with major hospitals/systems in the territory
