Wholesale Operations Manager - The Role

*Updating Operational Planner.
*Maintain customer pricing files.
*Execute sell-in days for all sales channels.
*Process orders received via email, Sales Executives and Departmental Managers.
*Set up new accounts and provide supporting documentation to credit control for approval of new accounts.
*Scan and file contracts for new accounts and maintain records.
*Help in processing samples and testers to be sent to customers.
*Provide up to date information on shipping and order fulfilment to the customers and Account Managers.
*Manage back orders and keep customers informed of stock shortages and lead times.
*Arrange customer returns.
*Liaise with despatch office on special delivery requests, transit times, carriage quotes and export documents.
*Dealing with any queries following despatch, delivery times, invoice queries, picking errors.
*Assist Finance Manager with:
oBilling discrepancies
oCredit Control - accounts/orders on hold, unpaid etc
oCredit Notes for returns/unsellable stock etc
*Produce and distribute weekly/monthly sales reports to Sales Managers.
*Escalate product complaints to Quality Department (UK) for investigation.

Wholesale Operations Manager - The Candidate

*Experience within Beauty or Cosmetics is essential.
*High numerical skills.
*Computer literacy: you should have a high level of proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point.
*Highly ambitious and willing to grow within the Brand.
*Ability to work independently.
*Excellent timekeeping and attendance levels.
*Ability to analyse problem areas, determine and implement sound decisions without hesitancy and respond with confidence to challenges from others.
*Confident to manage your time, handle multiple activities, establish priorities, meet deadlines, deal with distractions and interruptions, and overall work efficiently and effectively.
