Staffordshire University Libraries aren’t just about books, our staff are here to assist and advise students delivering a high standard of customer services.
As a member of the team delivering the front line service, we are looking for a Weekend Customer Services and Library Assistant who has experience of working with customers face to face, on the telephone and via email.
With a proven ability to deliver high standards of customer care and exceptional interpersonal skills you will strive to deliver a customer focussed service. You will have the ability to solve problems, work on your own initiative and have an efficient and focussed approach to work.
You will have excellent team working skills with the need to liaise with several teams within the library and across the University and will therefore have the ability to quickly form strong working relationships.
