An opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join a Customer Service Centre as Planner.
Ensure calls are allocated to Engineer's to meet customer requirements.
Liaise with Customer support to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Plan the engineers working day
Escalate any problems that need to be dealt with in a timely manner.
Ideally form a logistics background you must also possess excellent attention to detail, work well under pressure and have Good IT literacy and MS office product set skills predominantly Power Point, Excel and Word
The role is to work Tuesday-Saturday 9.00-5.30 on a Temporary to Permanent basis.
