What you'll give our customers as a Mortgage Retentions Specialist
You'll provide new mortgages to existing Barclays customers and handle a range of enquiries over the phone. Your focus will be on giving sound information whilst maximising every sales opportunity. Most importantly, you'll deliver exceptional levels of service to each customer, always making sure you meet all the necessary regulatory requirements.

What you'll need as a Mortgage Retentions Specialist
It goes without saying that you'll have excellent customer service skills and you'll be a natural when it comes to building good relationships with your customers. Applications can take up to an hour so you'll need to bring patience and a good eye for detail. If you have previous experience of working with mortgages that would be a big advantage but as long as you have an aptitude for finance, we can give you the support you need to quickly get up to speed.
