We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Store Manager to work with a quality branded coffee company overseeing the operation of one of their stores. This is a great opportunity to work for a branded coffee organisation that really values its people.
As Store Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operational running of your store. You will have responsibility of the P&L and so it is therefore vital that you have great financial skills. You will be expected to show commercial flare to ensure maximum sales levels are achieved week in week out. This organisation is also a great believer in developing its people and as such you will be expected to share this ethos and have the ability to develop your team at every available opportunity.
Ideally you will come from a retail/food background with previous experience at management level. You will also need to have great interpersonal skills and be a sales driven professional.
In return we can offer a salary of £17,000 - £20,000 plus up to 60% bonus and a wealth of other fantastic company benefits.
