My client, a leading automobile company based in West Byfleet are seeking a Sales Administrator to join their busy and successful team. Ideally you would have Kerridge and AFRL package experience which is highly desirable.

Main Purpose of Job

To ensure the prompt and accurate flow through of administration for the progressing of customer files and invoicing of sales

Duties and Responsibilities:
Compile and keep up to date information on all stock available using VISTA and manual systems

Prepare vehicle progress and delivery paperwork
Administer Main Dealer vehicle transfer paperwork

Tax vehicles as required ensuring DVLC security procedures are adhered to

Prepare invoices, finance and insurance documentation, etc, as required

Administer privilege club vouchers

Maintain the used vehicle stock records/ VAT records

Maintain an accurate filing system

Ensure all telephone enquiries are answered in a courteous, helpful and professional manner

Acquire a reasonable product/ model knowledge of the vehicles sold and location, PDI, procedures etc

Attend training courses as required

Carry out other duties as required from time to time


To ensure the safe working environment for all employees by complying with the statutory legislation and Government Health and Safety Policy

To report immediately any non-conformance to the appropriate senior position
