This post is pivotal in providing operational and business management support to ensure the delivery of a quality patient focused service with a particular focus on achieving key performance targets
The post holder will have a key role in the work of the division through the design and development of performance information and monitoring and business support.
There is also an expectation to link in with colleagues in other areas of the trust and to work in partnership with the local authority.

Successful candidates are normally offered salaries at the bottom of the relevant salary range. However, where previous or equivalent NHS experience in a similar role can be demonstrated and evidenced, this may be taken into consideration when setting the starting salary.
