This post is pivotal in providing operational and business management support to ensure the delivery of a quality patient focused service with a particular focus on achieving key performance targets

The post holder will have a key role in the work of the division through the design and development of performance information and monitoring and business support.

There is also an expectation to link in with colleagues in other areas of the trust and to work in partnership with the local authority.

Key skills:

• Good interpersonal skills

• Excellent knowledge of information systems

• Good knowledge of adult mental health services – Community and Acute

• Ability to liaise effectively at all levels both internally and externally

• Report on performance and represent the division at key meetings

• Flexible and responsive to changing demands

• Supporting meetings within the division and with the executive team and preparing data accordingly

• Excellent IT skills with the ability to analyse, present and disseminate complex information

Successful candidates are normally offered salaries at the bottom of the relevant salary range. However, where previous or equivalent NHS experience in a similar role can be demonstrated and evidenced, this may be taken into consideration when setting the starting salary.
