We are currently looking for an Analysis Manager to join our Retail Operational Support team on a fixed term contract of up to 9 months.
Leading a small team of analysts, you will be responsible for investigating and identifying the causes of divisional loss and operational process inefficiencies. Using your strong analytical skills and commercial awareness, you will facilitate confident and proactive support for senior management, recommending solutions to drive the performance of the organisation.
Working with complex raw data, you will interpret trends and themes in order to identify issues, translating this into insight and using your influence to see your recommendations through to implementation. You will also set up a framework for monitoring change and progress and identifying the key milestones that have been reached.
Along with proven experience and a confident approach in using systems to generate data and create reports, you will bring strong leadership skills in order to direct your team and gain the maximum return from the resource available to you. Confident, forward thinking and analytical in your approach, you will bring a strong understanding of retail loss along with a proven ability to effectively manage and influence your stakeholders.
