Responsibilities:
As a Packaging Innovation Manager, operating within the Technical Packaging Innovation Team you will be responsible for delivery of the MCBC UK Technical Packaging agenda. Working within a team of talented Packaging Innovation professionals, this represents a fantastic opportunity to grow & develop your career within our dynamic business at this pivotal time.
Our ambitious portfolio of activity covers a broad spectrum of projects, ranging from major strategic infrastructure initiatives, to Brand Innovation & Renovation opportunities, through to operational efficiency driven ‘value chain’ activities. As we grow and develop the team & business, this is also a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the ongoing optimisation of business systems and governance procedures.
We’re looking for a talented individual with the real passion & enthusiasm to succeed within this challenging environment. Determined, and with an eye for detail, you will use your confident communication skills to interact with, and influence key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
You will be degree qualified, preferably in a Science, Design or Maths based discipline and possess a depth of knowledge/experience gained whilst operating in a similar capacity within either the FMCG or Packaging Material supply sectors. Project management experience would be an advantage.
You will be a positive minded self-starter, enthusiastic and motivated with the determination to engage with the business to make a positive difference. To succeed in this role, you should possess a structured and logical approach to problem solving, coupled with a passion for learning & ongoing personal/professional development
