As a Packaging Innovation Manager, operating within the Technical Packaging Innovation Team you will be responsible for delivery of the MCBC UK Technical Packaging agenda. Working within a team of talented Packaging Innovation professionals, this represents a fantastic opportunity to grow & develop your career within our dynamic business at this pivotal time.
Our ambitious portfolio of activity covers a broad spectrum of projects, ranging from major strategic infrastructure initiatives, to Brand Innovation & Renovation opportunities, through to operational efficiency driven ‘value chain’ activities. We’re looking for a talented individual with the real passion & enthusiasm to succeed within this challenging environment. Determined, and with an eye for detail, you will use your confident communication skills to interact with, and influence key stakeholders.
You will be degree qualified, preferably in a Science, Design or Maths based discipline and possess a depth of knowledge/experience gained whilst operating in a similar capacity within either the FMCG or Packaging Material supply sectors. Project management experience would be an advantage.
You will be a positive minded self-starter, enthusiastic and motivated with the determination to engage with the business to make a positive difference. To succeed in this role, you should possess a structured and logical approach to problem solving, coupled with a passion for learning & ongoing personal/professional development
