We are currently seeking 3 Train ers to develop and deliver innovative and exciting training solutions to our Practices.

This person will play a key role as part of the operational team with the clear objective of helping and supporting practices to achieve excellence in client service throughout. This will mainly involve:

• Delivering training programs on an individual, practice and regional basis

• Develop and coach individuals within the reception and clinical team to achieve the overall goals

• Review, improve and expand internal training programs using multiple and appropriate delivery methods

• Source and review external training programs relevant to the practice teams

To achieve this, you will be able to demonstrate excellent training and communication skills backed by strong delivery experience You will have the ability to engage and motivate teams to perform to the best of their ability.

The role is field based with considerable travelling involved to cover the region and on occasion overnight stays will be necessary.
