We have opportunities to be based Onsite and work as a Business Partner to our client based in the City.

Consort Group is a thriving recruitment business based in Moorgate, placing c3500 candidates a year into the Financial Services, IT, Retail and Cleantech sectors for contingency and RPO clients. A large part of these hires would be in IT and also in Head Office functions marketing, finance etc. I am looking for experienced recruiters that can work onsite to act as a Business Partner to a specific area of the business and to responsible for the recruitment process from end to end. This would involve building relationships, sourcing and being responsible for the business area. It is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be onsite, it is essentially an Account Manager role with a sourcing function. As you will be working within a specific business sector you will become an expert in that area building your own talent pool, be based onsite, have control of the whole recruitment process with daily client interaction.

The purpose of the Major Accounts role will be to pre-screen and select candidates that accurately match the client's roles and manage the existing client relationships. This is a great opportunity to work in a varied position, with reliable volumes of roles, where you own the client relationship and recruitment process from end to end.

You will be delivering core services such as; developing relationships with line managers, attending client meetings, qualifying roles, advertising, CV/telephone/face to face pre-screening, co-ordinating interviews, as well as value add services that you will be trained in and recognised for, including; competitor mapping and talent acquisition through headhunting methodologies, creation of employer branding collateral, co-ordination of assessment centres and creation of job descriptions, competency framework and interview temples.
