A manager of a team of business analysts is sought by this leading FTSE-250 Insurance services based organisation.
An unusual opportunity has arisen for an experience manager to take charge of a team of 7+ business analysts involving the day to day management and support of their BA resource management, coaching and mentoring. You will be working closely with the change delivery team and across project teams, in ensuring the software and process components of their projects are delivered successfully.
With a strong commercial background in Business Analysis you will have strong leadership and management skills with the ability to chair meetings and facilitate workshops. Technically you will have good knowledge of project tools, techniques and methods and have excellent planning and organisational skills
Will suit an experienced BA Manager with ambition and drive and first class interpersonal skills. An insurance services background would be useful, although not imperative. Easily commutable from Birmingham and all areas of West Midlands.
