16,700 per annum plus 2,500 shift allowance per annum
Shift Patterns Available: 7am - 7pm
You are a professional Customer Service Advisor, passionate about delivering outstanding customer service to Bupa members. You truly enjoy delivering customer service excellence; tailoring your approach to each customer and their needs. You will possess strong listening skills; demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work on your own initiative.
In this role, you are responsible for deploying your first class customer service skills to manage customer conversations over the phone, email and live web chat. You will take pride in delighting the customer in every interaction and will taken end to end ownership of customer service enquiries providing accurate and timely information upon request. Often you'll be dealing with emotional or sensitive situations, displaying empathy and providing support. Your focus will be on taking ownership of each call providing excellent service tailored to the needs of the member.
