A PPC Manager / Paid Search Manager / Search Marketing Manager is required for a fast moving, late stage online consumer start-up with a global presence, which grew by 300% last year. They have a delighted global consumer customer base that's growing rapidly and are regularly featured on TV and in mainstream print/digital media.

The PPC Manager / Paid Search Manager / Search Marketing Manager will own the paid search function, creating and developing the PPC strategy in line with key company targets.

The PPC Manager / Paid Search Manager / Search Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
  • Defining the PPC/Performance Media Strategy.
  • Managing all paid search campaigns
  • Improving coverage, conversions and traffic volumes through all campaigns
  • Keyword research and competitor keyword gap analysis
  • Account/campaign creation, trafficking and implementation
  • Own and manage all tools to support and optimise performance media activity including bid management, competitor benchmarking, etc..
  • KPI monitoring and reporting
  • Search query reporting and refinement
  • In depth data and campaign analysis to provide areas for improvement, including attribution across keyword performance and between display, PPC and retargeting.
  • Writing and testing lucid ad copy
  • Paid social advertising, Facebook / Twitter etc
The PPC Manager / Paid Search Manager / Search Marketing Manager will have:
  • Experience of running PPC/performance media campaigns within a global environment.
  • Strong paid search experience within a B2C environment.
  • Develop expertise in all key search engines and performance media channels globally and keep abreast of all new performance media developments
  • Excellent analytical skills and data savvy
  • Be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills
  • Strong Excel and web analytics, revenue attribution, tag management, and performance media optimisation.
  • Comfortable with manipulating and analysing large data sets
  • Ability to see trends and patterns in data and relate changes to performance
  • A clear understanding on the impact of mobile in relation to paid search
  • In depth data and campaign analysis to provide areas for improvement, including attribution across keyword performance and between display, PPC and retargeting.
