Production/ Manufacturing Shift Manager
Location - Chippenham
Salary: Up to 35k (Including Shift Allowance) depending upon experience
We are looking to recruit a Shift Production Manager for a well known Manufacturer
You will be directly accountable for safety, technical compliance, product quality, plan attainment, cost control and labour utilisation.
The person will have direct responsibility for 4 team Leaders
This role reports directly to the Production Manager
The role of the Shift Manager essentially encompasses two aspects:
1) Managing the processes within their area
2) Managing the people directly reporting to them
The Legal Accountabilities:
1) Health and Safety
2) Product Safety
Requirements
Experience in a Manufacturing Environment (Plastics desirable)
Shift
This is a 3 on 3 off position - Days and Nights
