An exciting opportunity has arisen to cover absence on a Fixed term Contract basis until 21st December 2012

You will provide comprehensive and confidential secretarial support to a Senior Manager within our Turbines Global Purchasing business. In particular you will be responsible for diary management, arranging meetings and away-days, travel and expense arrangements, and be accountable for all office administration duties.

Your customers will include senior Rolls-Royce personnel from a number of functions.

Qualifications and experience

You will be self-motivated, have a flexible approach, and be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team within a busy and demanding environment. You will be able to demonstrate a strong ability to manage multiple activities, and to be able to prioritise effectively. A professional attitude, excellent organisational skills and a high standard of written and verbal communication skills will be required as the role involves liasing at all levels across the business.

Ideally, you will possess RSA Typing qualification at level II or III and GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above.

You will be fully conversant with IT packages including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel.

A good knowledge of SAP (including Time and Travel and Expenses) will also be highly beneficial.
