We are seeking a well organised, self motivated Customer Service Agent to work within our Administration Centre. The majority of your time will be spent taking incoming calls from our existing customers, efficiently solving their queries where possible and arranging Technician visits using our in-house system. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of Customer Service and an excellent telephone manner is essential. You will be required to undertake any related administrative tasks, ensuring excellent service is maintained throughout. Candidates should be IT literate in Microsoft Packages including word & Excel, training will be given on our in-house system.

Please note evening and weekends will be required as part of a rota system.
