Our Brighton Office is now looking for an additional experienced, professional 360 degree Recruitment Consultant to join our Commercial Division.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of billing, within the commercial recruitment sector and be experienced in having the ability to win clients in a very competitive market, bringing new commercial vacancies to the Brighton office and successfully filling those vacancies with top candidates through the matching process.
This role will involve -
Account ManagementBusiness developmentA high degree of Sales and Customer ServiceInterviewing candidatesMatching candidates to jobsVisiting clients and representing Personnel Selection Associates.Placing candidates successfully into Permanant roles.
The right candidate will need to have dedication and commitment to see results happen; no two days are the same.
