MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Adds value to the showroom environment, keeping display materials up to date
Uses available time to keep up to date with product information
Maintains a knowledge of new and used stock, quota and lead times using IVS and manual means
Builds new relationships with customers
Uses prospecting to quickly develop new customer relationships
Makes a warm and friendly first impression and builds a level of rapport with each customer using verbal and non-verbal techniques
Gathers the main information needed for using a variety of questioning techniques.
Uses active listening to understand what the customer is saying.
Establishes Customer wants and needs, and deeper buying motives
Discovers and retains customer wants and needs and has a good understanding of their buying motives. Listens for further opportunities eg finance, options etc
excellent Product Knowledge including options and accessories
comprehensive knowledge of product features, options, and accessories and can articulate their function and benefit.
