We are seeking a super organised IT savvy individual with operational / management experience to join this small but hugely successful company with a fast growing client base. You will ideally have knowledge of the fashion / industry sector with a proven track record in operations. This is a fast moving growth brand and the role offers fantastic career development.
Hours: 9am – 6pm
Location: West London Office
Salary: £28-35kAAE
Start Date: Immediately
Languages: Russian advantageous
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Active support and participation of the day to day operations, in depth knowledge of all operational processes
Liaising with Supplying and Contractors’ companies, work to proactively build on the favourable and long term relationship with relevant UK and overseas companies
Assistance to Managing Director of the Company
Coordinate and lead the other office members towards completing all tasks in the manner requested by the Managing Director
Manage quarterly financial data
Manage clients’ accounts
Manage the Company’s database
Engage in the all Company’s initiatives as needed
Candidates must be / have:
No less than 4 years of proven managerial experience, strong financial background
A sound grasp and experience of contract and commercial practice, understanding the financial principles on which the contract is made
The confidence and insight of a skilful negotiator and the skills to manage the staff
Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Demonstrate solid understanding of the luxury fashion industry
Proven commercial experience of multitasking and working in a fast paced environment under pressure
Possess deep understanding of accounting systems and international contracts
Good judgment and decision making skills, confidence in suggesting calculated risks
Discreet, professional and well spoken, with excellent communication skills
Strong presentation, extremely well-organised, methodical and efficient, with a good dose of common sense and initiative
Excellent writing skills and experience in producing successful business proposals and reports
Strong IT skills
Experience in Fashion Retail is an advantage
