This business retails a high quality range of ladies clothing and accessories and is appealing to a variety of customers looking for a quality offer, bespoke service standards and real one to one attention. This position takes day to day responsibility for one of the company’s high profile sites in Central London. Tasked with all the usual day to day KPI's the principal aim of the position is to provide a lead on customer service standards and ensure that customers receive an exemplary level of care and attention and by doing so maximise sales. The role will appeal to retail Store, Deputy Store or Sales Managers with experience in high quality ladies garments, footwear, accessories or cosmetics who possess a natural sales approach. Crucially the role is about offering a complete service experience so the ability to spot up-selling and add on opportunities without pushing the customer to purchase is paramount.
Applicants will have Retail Management or Supervisory experience within a business where one to one selling is the norm. Candidates will have some people management skills but be used to leading from the front in order to motivate and give direction to their team. This is a role that will appeal to sales focussed individuals rather than hands off managers and can be viewed as a great development step for more junior managers looking for greater responsibility. In return there is on offer a position with considerable earnings potential in a fast paced, Central London location with constant footfall and a full appointment book.
