You will provide effective clinical and managerial leadership to nursing teams and support staff ensuring the effective delivery at all times of high quality nursing care. Able to respond to changes in patient needs and service level requirements as appropriate
You must be NMC registered, preferably have current experience with cannulation and venepuncture. Orthopaedic, surgical or community nursing experience is preferred along with experience with IV therapy/ treatment.
Current or recent experience of managing a nursing team is essential.
Car drivers are essential as you will be travelling to care for patients in their homes
