Cute Resource Solutions are excited to be working with one of the UK's leading brands based in Bristol. Our client are looking for an experienced Team Leader to build and train a strong Sales Team of outbound consultants and to drive sales and profit throughout the business.

The Outbound Sales Team Leader position will include the following responsibilities:
Management of a small outbound team, you will be expected to lead from the front and provide a continuous target driven approach.
Manage teams performance against specific KPI's
Identify gaps in agents skills and techniques and give the appropriate training when required.
Maintaining a positive atmosphere amongst your team and remain proactive with any given sales opportunity.
Help with development of the sales team, including monitoring and motivating them to achieve their full potential
The ideal Outbound Team Leader will possess the following attributes and experience:
Substantial experience as a Team Leader/Manager/Contact Centre Team Manager or similar preferably within an outbound environment
A proven sales track record and excellent negotiation skills
A proven record of achieving targets and working toward KPI's
Dynamic individual who is experienced within changing environments
Enthusiasm and exceptional people skills
Self starter with ambition
As an Outbound Sales Team Leader, you will need to be able to use your initiative and enthusiasm to motivate an excellent sales team. You will need to be well presented and professional, possess the ability to get on with others and be a real team player.
